9. Third Party Products and Related Services.Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Initial Term of such Evaluation License shall be automatically extended for a successive identical term period of one (1) month, without any further written authorization from Autodesk, unless Licensee gives a written notice of cancellation to Autodesk at least seven (7) calendar days prior to such expiration. Autodesk may, from time to time, provide an Evaluation License or Related Services that has a different term to that provided in this Section 9 (Evaluation License or Related Services). Upon notice from Autodesk, if Licensee is already in the grace period under such Evaluation License, Licensee shall have until the end of such grace period to request a renewal of such Evaluation License.

10. Warranty. Autodesk warrants to Licensee that: (a) the Licensed Materials, including all applicable third party software and hardware, will be free from defects for the Expiry Date of this Agreement; and (b) Autodesk will provide commercially reasonable support and services to assist Licensee (i) in the use of the Licensed Materials, (ii) in the development, debugging and optimization of the Licensed Materials, and (iii) in the maintenance and operation of the Licensed Materials (each a Support or Support Services), for the Initial Term (as defined in the applicable License Identification) and for as long thereafter as the Initial Term and (if Applicable) any renewal thereof.

12. Assignment. Licensee agrees that title to the Licensed Materials, including all copies and copies made and revised by Licensee, and all intellectual property rights to all software, information, documentation, artwork, sound recordings, music, audio visual and related items embodied or used in such software and information, shall remain at all times vested in Autodesk or its successors and assigns. None of Autodesk, its successors and assigns, nor its suppliers of hardware and/or software in connection with the delivery of Licensed Materials, nor any third party paid by Autodesk, is to use such Licensed Materials or any portion thereof, except solely in connection with providing its commercial Support Services under this Agreement, for any purpose other than its own internal purposes or the purposes described in this Agreement.
